E-bikes are f*cking up cycling, and most cyclists will only see it when it's too late.

Well you won't be able to use that with a 28mph S-pedelec in the UK, as you'll have to wear a helmet that conforms to the relevant motorbike standard: https://www.gov.uk/motorcycle-helmet-law

I guess it fits a niche in the Dutch market.

28mph?  I haven't seen the Dutch standard that this claim is based on, but given that motorcycle helmets are only rated at 16mph, I have my doubts.  Neither does the helmet offer "complete protection of the face" as clearly half of it is exposed.

If really one cannot use an e-bike without a helmet,  than e-bikes are an even worse idea than I thought.
