Chinese motorcycle maker FELO has introduced the M One, a new folding electric moped.
Nicknamed the “casual mini moped”, the M One is priced in the Japanese market at 380,000 yen (just over £2,300). It weighs 37kg and has a magnesium-aluminium alloy integrated frame.
It can be placed in the boot of a car or hung on the tail of an SUV, said FELO Technology founder and CEO Zhang Jingyi. Its height after folding is 58.3cm.
The M One also has V2L capability. This means that the battery pack, when paired with a 220VAC 50Hz outlet, can act as a mobile power bank for charging electronics and mobile devices.

The company, a subsidiary of FELO Technology, unveiled the new model at this year's Tokyo Motorcycle Show, which took place from March 24-26.
It uses a 960Wh lithium battery pack and a 400W rated hub motor with a maximum power output of 1KW. The company claims the maximum cruising range is 100km.

The e-moped is said to be inspired by the Honda Motocompo from the 1980s, which was introduced as a ‘trunk bike’ to fit inside subcompact cars.
