If you're looking for a good-quality folding e-bike for your commute/camper van/yacht then heads up: the Tern Vektron is now funding on kickstarter, with some good deals available.
You might be thinking, "That looks a lot like the Tern Elektron you tested not long back", and you'd be right: the Elektron has been rebranded for its official launch. It's the same bike though, and our experience of it was nothing but positive.
We had some time aboard the Vektron, Elektron, whatever, at Eurobike and were really impressed. "Excellent performance and a tidy fold make this a very usable electric bike for mixed commuting" was our verdict.

The bike is looking good for launch; at time of writing it's 80% funded and there's not many left to buy. We don't know if Tern will be adding more rewards so that more people can get on board with the first batch.
