If you've still got room for sparkly new e-bike stuff from bike shows we've got good news for you; another is on the horizon and Shimano is going all-in.
The Cycle Show at Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre (NEC) takes place from September 23-25 this year, and will host more than 100 different e-bike models for you to try from 19 e-bike brands at the event's Shimano STEPS-sponsored e-bike village.
Of the 19 brands available Shimano will be the most conspicuous. Not only is the Japanese component manufacturer sponsoring the e-bike zone, it will be showing off its e-bike wares - focussing on its STEPS e-bike groupset - at the area's largest stand.

Alongside appearances from huge bike brands demonstrating their electrically-powered wares - such as Lapierre, Cube, KTM, Storck, Haibike, Bosch and more - the e-bike village will house the most used feature of last year's entire show: the 800m e-bike test track.
Last year over 2,000 cyclists took to the test track over the three-day show, and with over 100 bikes to ride getting a taste of every kind of e-bike has never been so easy.
If you're after a sneak peak of what the whole show will look like, a floor plan can be accessed here.
