While the bike might be different, the idea and model is nothing new, my sister lives in Holland and uses Swapfiets on a subscription, depending on her work needs, normally just 6 months subscription at a time, then doesn't keep it through winter. During lockdown she's been using it a lot more and making appointments to get servicing done is all through an app, then show up at the shop. If it's not fixable there and then, they'll give you another bike.
