HumanForest has launched a zero-emission, on-demand parcel delivery service through which people and businesses in London can send packages across the city.

The new venture, called Forest Parcel, will utilise the company’s existing fleet of e-bikes, with deliveries bookable through the Parcel website. HumanForest says parcels must weigh less than 5kg.

The company says the platform was created off the back of demand from its existing customers, who HumanForest says, “wanted more ways to reduce their carbon footprint on a daily basis.”

Agustin Guilisasti, HumanForest CEO and founder, said: “Launching Forest Parcel is another way for us to help improve air quality and decarbonise London.
